We are concierges on wheels.  [12] If you have any question or concern about the details of this reservation, contact our office immediately.  [13] You must call our office WHEN THE CLIENT ENTERS THE VEHICLE (ARRIVAL TIME) to record the pick-up time on our phone system(Electronic Time Stamp).  [14] You must call our office WHEN THE CLIENT VACATES THE VEHICLE (DROP OFF TIME) to record the drop-off time on our phone system (Electronic Time Stamp).  [15] Due to contractual reasons, all phone calls/voice conversations with our company may be monitored and/or recorded.   [16] You understand and agree that a SIGNED COPY of this document  or the Settlement Report is required for you to collect payment from our office for this job.
