 [Q] Am I paying the lowest guaranteed price possible without sacrificing Quality and Service?

Most transportation providers will quote you exorbitant prices for little or no service because they are more focused on making quick money, rather than trying to build a long-term business relationship with you. That’s why we are in business – to serve you!

Our company believes in making our money on volume of work by providing the lowest price possible because we know that you will want to come back to us when next you need our service. 60% of our daily business is from repeat business!

We guarantee our rates to be the lowest you can find anywhere in the Metro Atlanta Area that we agree to beat any competitor’s written estimate/quote by up to 25%! Our service is also guaranteed or your money back.

[Q] Is my identity and credit card information secured with this Transportation Provider?

Many a times, some transportation providers don’t even have credit card processing ability and will decide to give your credit card information to a third party (without your knowledge or consent) that charges them a higher rate to process your card.

These transportation providers sometimes conspire with these third parties to steal your identity and credit card information.
They also sometimes resolve to “double billing” of your credit card with the hope that you will not notice it on your subsequent future billings.

At Atlanta’s Comfort Limousines™, we have our own credit card processing system and we will never release your information to a third party. We adhere to the strict regulations of the credit card companies (VISA, MC, AMEX and DISCOVER) by ensuring that our electronic database is on secured servers and all invoices are filed in a locked cabinet in our office till the Law allows us to destroy them via shredding machines.

We guarantee the safety of your personal information and credit card with us at all times.

[Q] Will my reservation be serviced with Courtesy and Professionalism at all times?

Part of our Director’s Guarantee to you as a customer is that Courtesy and Professionalism will be the cornerstones of our business.

We will always provide you with a professional-looking invoice for your records. Our invoice has our street address, phone number and all other relevant information you may need. We are a corporation and conduct our business just like any other corporation out there.
Our vehicles are always clean and our drivers are extensively trained to the highest standards available in our transportation industry.

[Q] Is my reservation going to be “farmed out” to a third party?

We will never farm out your reservation without your knowledge and approval. When we book your reservation, we intend to personally service your business needs with our own vehicles and our own Professional Chauffeurs trained by us without any third party.

We believe that our business growth will be possible with repeated customer patronage, that why we ensure that every time we service your business needs, we make it a very pleasant and memorable experience for you. That’s how we hope you will come back again to us.

[Q] If there is a problem, will I be able to speak directly with the decision maker?

The last thing you need when a problem arise is for your transportation company to be “MIA” (Missing In Action) and you don’t need to go through a layer of non-decision makers just to get a resolution. You need a timely and prompt resolution to any problem right away!

Our drivers undergo extensive training as Professional Chauffeurs and they all report directly to Our Director of Operations whom  spent over 16 years in Corporate America as an Engineer and Business Manager before deciding to start his own company.

[Q] Why should I choose your company over another? Aren’t all transportation company all the same?

[Q] What is the definition of a limousine?

"Limousine" means any motor vehicle that meets the manufacturer's specifications for a luxury limousine with a designed seating capacity for no more than ten passengers and with a minimum of five seats located behind the operator of the vehicle, and which does not have a door at the rear of the vehicle designed to allow passengers entry or exit.

[Q] What is a tariff?

A schedule of rates and charges. Limousines operate under a maximum tariff and the rates provided cannot be exceeded. Limousine Maximum Rate Tariff

[Q] What is a chauffeur?

"Chauffeur" means any person with a Georgia state driver's license who meets the qualifications as prescribed in Code Section 46-7-85.10 and who is authorized by the commissioner of Georgia Public Safety Commission to drive a limousine under this article.

[Q] Do the maximum hourly rates apply to sedans?

No, these hourly rates only apply to luxury limousines. The rates for sedans are not regulated.

[Q] Can I be assessed a "Minimum Charge"?

Yes, a limousine company may require a minimum charge:
- Proms season up to 6 hours
- New Years Eve & New Years Day up to 6 hours
- Super Bowl up to 12 hours
- All other times up to 3 hours

[Q] Am I required to tip the driver?

No. Gratuities (Tips) are strictly voluntary and are not to be added to the hourly base rate charge. Groups of 4 or more may automatically incur a gratuity surcharge of 20%.
