The dynamics of providing transportation services changes with every unique and different situation.  In order to continue providing exceptional services to our clients while controlling our overall cost, we’ve discovered that it’s imperative we periodically charge additional surcharges to help offset various expenses we incur beyond our average base rates. 

We are a Georgia Corporation with strong work ethics. Part of our work ethics is Full Disclosure.  We provide you with a professional invoice with a clear breakdown of all charges so you are fully aware of each individual charge on your invoice. 

VIP MEET & GREET: All arrivals at the Main Arrival Atrium of the airport automatically receive complimentary Meet & Greet Service at no extra charge.  The VIP Meet & Greet applies to clients using hangars at Regional Airports and/or needing special services at Arriving Gate inside the airport concourse.  This surcharge starts at $49.00 per hour/invoice.

AFTER HOUR SURCHARGE:  Though our office is available to provide transportation services to all clients 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, our normal operating hours (full support staff) is from 06:00am - 10:00pm.  As a convenience and when needed, we occasionally may need a small support staff to service clients that needs transportation services during the After Hour period (10:00pm – 06:00am).  This surcharge starts at $20.00 per hour/transfer/invoice.

TRAVEL TIME SURCHARGE:  Historically, 90% of the services we provide are to clients in the immediate Metro Atlanta Area (30 minutes to 50 minutes radius distance from the airport). We would gladly provide transportation services to other locations outside the immediate Metro Atlanta Area and all neighboring States by charging an additional Travel Time Surcharge.  This surcharge starts at $49.00 per hour/transfer/invoice.

RUSH HOUR SURCHARGE:  Atlanta is a traffic-prone city.  However, we have discovered from experience that certain times (07:00am to 10:00am for Morning Traffic Rush and 03:00pm to 07:00pm for Evening Traffic Rush) are most problematic in meeting our clients’ needs while controlling our cost.  The Rush Hour Surcharge is to offset our expenses (driver’s time, gas cost, car maintenance, loss of revenue, etc.) for time we spend sitting in traffic. This surcharge starts at $20.00 per hour/transfer/invoice.

WAIT TIME / OVERTIME SURCHARGE: This surcharge starts at $20.00 per hour/transfer/invoice.

EXTRA STOP SURCHARGE:  This surcharge starts at $20.00 per stop/invoice.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES SURCHARGE:  From the time you call for service to the time when we safely deliver you to your final destination, there is an army of professional support staff (Reservation Specialists, Marketing Representatives, Receptionists, Car Wash/Detail Technicians, Logistics Managers, Technical Support Specialists, Auto Repair Technicians, Chauffeurs, Dispatchers, etc.) are paid on an hourly basis and we add to every invoice an administrative fees to help cover a partial portion of their salaries. This surcharge starts at 3.00% per invoice.

CONCIERGE / COORDINATOR SURCHARGE:  For large group of passengers arriving at the airport on different flights, it is necessary to station an Airport Concierge/Coordinator at the top of the escalator of the Arrival Atrium. Also, during conventions, conferences, wedding and special events, we may assign a Concierge/Coordinator to help with the logistic parameters in ensuring successful execution of all objectives.  This surcharge starts at $25.00 per hour/invoice.

GRATUITY: Gratuity is apart from our service rate, voluntary on your part, and only added as a convenience if paying via credit card.  Gratuity is mandatory for groups of 4 or more.  This surcharge starts at 20.00% per invoice.

LAST MINUTE RUSH SURCHARGE:  This surcharge starts at $49.00 per hour/invoice.

REFRESHMENT SURCHARGE:  Refreshments (Drinks and Snacks) in our vehicles are complimentary and for use in moderation.  Otherwise, a surcharge may apply.  This surcharge starts at $49.00 per invoice.

CLEANING / DAMAGE SURCHARGE:  A minimum cleaning/damage fee may be charged in event of any damage/abuse of our vehicle (interior and/or exterior) or throwing up in our vehicle.  This surcharge starts at $300.00 per invoice.
